3 July 2005 - No progress has been made on the stairs over a one month period. (Flooring has been placed in the entrance and covered with cardboard)

20 September 2005 - An underlay has been placed on the steps. Note that it is now MORE THAN ONE YEAR since the start of the works (August 2004)

20 September 2005 - Some underlay has been placed on the steps. Note that the floor in the corridor leading to my flat is still bare - MORE THAN ONE YEAR after the start of the works		 05.10.03_stairs.from.to.my.flat4
3 October 2005 - TWO WEEKS since the underlay was placed on the stairs. No progress has been made since. As can be seen, the underlay is coming apart and is proving a health and safety risk
